Secretary Dao Hong Lan receives Korean Embassy in Viet Nam
(BNP) - On January 13, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dao Hong Lan received and worked with a delegation of the Korean Embassy led by Mr. Park Noh-wan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam.

Welcoming Ambassador Park Noh-wan and his wife and guests to Bac Ninh, Secretary Dao Hong Lan briefly introduced remarkable achievements in the province's socio-economic development. Accordingly, Bac Ninh is now one of the fastest-growing localities with many indicators among the top in the country, especially investment attraction. Out of a total of 37 countries and territories investing in the province, Korea is the leading country in terms of projects and investment capital with 945 projects and USD 13.27 billion of investment capital, making a positive contribution to the province's socio-economic development.
In 2020, despite the general difficulties caused by the Covid -19 epidemic, Bac Ninh province has actively implemented synchronous solutions to support enterprises to overcome difficulties as well as maintain stable production and business.
Secretary Lan hoped that the Korean Embassy in Vietnam as well as Ambassador Park Noh-wan would continue to be a bridge to help Korean businesses to invest in the province; support Bac Ninh province in solving environmental pollution, developing health care, education, building e-government, smart…, so as to create a living environment for the Bac Ninh’s people as well as foreign experts working and living in the province.
Thanks for the respectful welcome as well as the attention and facilitation of the provincial leaders to Korean businesses in recent years, Mr. Park Noh-wan said, this is the first official visit and working session. At the same time, he expressed his admiration for outstanding achievements in the province’s socio-economic development, especially investment attraction and prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic.
Mr. Park Noh-wan hoped Bac Ninh province would continue to accompany and remove obstacles, helping Korean businesses operate and develop for a long time in Bac Ninh, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province, thereby making significant contribution to Bac Ninh homeland’s development.
