(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 583/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and assigning the investor to implement the social housing project in the Da Mai - Song Mai 2 urban area, Da Mai ward, Bac Ninh province.

The social housing project in the Da Mai - Song Mai 2 urban area, Da Mai ward, Bac Ninh province, is invested by Danko Group Joint Stock Company and covers an area of approximately 3.06 hectares. The project will be built on land plots OXH.01 and OXH.02 according to the detailed planning approved by the Provincial People's Committee. The project's components include: high-rise social housing apartments, transportation infrastructure, and external technical infrastructure (yards, internal roads; landscaping) within the project boundaries, all completed and integrated.
Specifically, the project involves constructing four 15-story apartment buildings with one basement level, totaling approximately 12,235.6 m2 of construction area (2 buildings XH1 and XH2 on plot OXH.01; 2 buildings XH3 and XH4 on plot OXH.02). This will comprise approximately 1,395 apartments, expected to accommodate around 1,800 people.
The functional spaces within the buildings include: a basement for parking; a ground floor for community living, public areas, and commercial services; a second floor for commercial business; a third floor for commercial business and residential apartments; and residential apartments from the fourth to the fifteenth floor.
The project contributes to supplementing the social housing fund of Bac Ninh province, creating urban landscapes and ensuring stable housing for those eligible for social housing policies, contributing to local socio-economic development.
