For 14 consecutive weeks, Bac Ninh maintained its number one position nationwide in terms of service quality for citizens and businesses

(BNP) - According to results published on the National Public Service Portal, from July 1, 2025 to December 22, 2025, Bac Ninh province remained number one in the set of indicators for directing, managing, and evaluating the quality of service to citizens and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures and public services in real time on the electronic environment for 14 weeks in a row.

Bac Ninh province achieved a total score of 96.25/100 points, an increase of 3.42 points compared to the previous week (92.83 points). This is the highest score the province has ever achieved in the monitoring and evaluation process of this index.

Despite an increase in overall scores across the country, Bac Ninh maintained its leading position and widened the gap with the provinces and cities behind it. In the top 5 nationwide, Bac Ninh ranked first with 96.25 points; Gia Lai ranked second with 96.00 points; Hai Phong ranked third with 95.83 points; and Dong Nai and An Giang ranked fourth and fifth respectively.

Regarding the component indicators, online public services increased sharply by 3.33 points, reaching 98.8%; online payments reached 100%; satisfaction level reached 99.2%; resolution progress reached 97.6%; and document digitization reached 96.4%. However, the transparency indicator reached 87.8%, a slight decrease compared to the previous week, and was the lowest-scoring indicator among the six criteria.

For departments and agencies, out of a total of 13 units evaluated, 12 units achieved over 90 points, accounting for 92.3%; the average score for the entire group was 92.91 points.

At the commune/ward level, the assessment results for all 99 units showed that 100% achieved over 90 points, with an average score of 93.50 points. Viet Yen ward led with 97.04 points; Dai Lai commune had the lowest score with 90.29 points. Throughout the province, 26 units achieved 95 points or higher, with no units scoring below 90 points, demonstrating the uniformity in the implementation of administrative reform from the provincial level to the grassroots.
