(BNP) - On the afternoon of July 2, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) Nguyen Van Gau visited and encouraged cadres, civil servants and public employees operating the 2-level local government apparatus in Kinh Bac ward. Joining the delegation were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai; Major General Bui Duy Hung, Director of the Provincial Public Security.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Kinh Bac Ward Party Committee Ta Dang Doan said: The ward was established on the basis of merging the administrative boundaries of 6 wards: Kinh Bac (old), Suoi Hoa, Tien Ninh Ve, Van An, Hoa Long, Khuc Xuyen. It has a natural area of 19.95 km² and a population of more than 84,000 people. There are 97 grassroots party organizations and 5,127 party members.
On the first day of operation (July 1), the ward held important conferences of the Party Committee, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and announced personnel work decisions.
The staff, civil servants and public employees strictly performed their assigned duties and tasks. On July 1, the Ward Public Administration Service Center received and processed over 150 administrative procedure files for the people.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai highly appreciated the preparation of facilities and staff of the ward to ensure favorable conditions for the operation of the 2-level local government model. At the same time, he requested the ward to continue to perform well the work of receiving and resolving administrative procedures as quickly as possible, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.
After listening to the report and directly inspecting the administrative procedure settlement for people and businesses at the Kinh Bac Ward Public Administration Service Center, the Secretary highly appreciated the ward's strict compliance with the direction of the Central Government and the province in operating the government according to the new model.

The Secretary requested that Kinh Bac ward continue to build a spirit of solidarity and unity, promote favorable conditions in technical infrastructure to quickly resolve administrative procedures for people and businesses, maintain political security, social order, and safety, and focus on understanding and motivating the ideology of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces, etc.

He believed that Kinh Bac ward would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, unity, and joint efforts to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
