(BNP) - On the afternoon of January 29th, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong visited and presented Tet gifts to families of meritorious individuals and elderly people in Kinh Bac ward on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse).

Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Huong and the delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh, born in 1948, residing in Niem Xa residential area, the wife of a fallen soldier; Mr. Nguyen Ke Hoa, born in 1947, residing in Tien An 1 residential area, a disabled veteran with a 61% disability rating; and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tu, born in 1936, an elderly person residing in Tien An 4 residential area.

During her visits to the families, the Standing Deputy Secretary inquired about their health and living conditions, and expressed her joy and delight that the families of war veterans, the elderly, and policy beneficiaries all received attention and care from local Party committees, government agencies, mass organizations, and their relatives and neighbors.

The Standing Deputy Secretary presented meaningful gifts to the families and wished the them a joyful, healthy, warm, happy, and peaceful Lunar New Year 2026. She expressed his hope that war invalids, veterans, meritorious individuals, and the elderly would always live happily, healthily, and long lives; continue to uphold revolutionary traditions, encourage and educate their children and grandchildren to abide by the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, actively participate in building a more civilized and prosperous homeland, and contribute to the overall development of Bac Ninh province.
The Standing Deputy Secretary also requested that Party committees and authorities in Kinh Bac ward in particular, and localities throughout the province in general, continue to pay attention to, care for, and create the best possible conditions for people with meritorious services, policy beneficiary families, and the elderly in the area, thereby contributing to improving the quality of life for the people.
