(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 120/KH-UBND on the Development of Bac Ninh Province's Brand in 2026.
The Ban Ven Green Community Ecotourism Area develops tourism associated with promoting the province's distinctive products.
The plan aims to concretize the Vietnam National Brand Program, raise community awareness, and promote a shift in brand development thinking from breadth to development based on quality, reputation, innovation, added value, and sustainable competitiveness. It supports businesses in developing brands associated with promoting the local image; thereby contributing to attracting investment, developing trade, services, tourism, and product consumption.
The content of the Plan focuses on six key tasks; including directing the strengthening of propaganda and raising awareness about branding in production and business activities. Promote through central and local press and media outlets, electronic portals/websites, digital platforms, and appropriate social networks; develop special pages, sections, news articles, reports, panel discussions, and video clips introducing the brand of Bac Ninh province, key products, OCOP products, handicraft products, exemplary businesses, cultural and tourism destinations, and effective production and business models.
Based on advantageous sectors and fields, focus on implementing activities to support brand development associated with products, businesses, and markets, ensuring suitability to the specific characteristics of each sector and practical needs. Specifically, select exemplary businesses in the electronics industry, high-tech industry, supporting industry, and processing and manufacturing industries to support the building and development of their corporate brands. The support focuses on enhancing the image of businesses associated with technological capabilities, product quality, international standards, innovation, and social responsibility.
In the agricultural sector, traditional crafts, and local products, the focus is on supporting brand development for OCOP products, specialties, and traditional crafts through improved packaging, labeling, traceability, and promotion on media channels, digital platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces.
In the trade, service, and logistics sector, the focus is on promoting the image of a modern, convenient, friendly, and integration-oriented trade and service environment.
For the tourism and culture sector, the focus is on promoting the brand of Bac Ninh as a destination, linked to its distinctive values such as Quan Ho folk songs, historical and cultural relics, traditional festivals, traditional crafts, and local cuisine. The promotion of distinctive products, OCOP products, and traditional crafts is being strengthened within tourism activities and cultural events. The plan also emphasizes the application of digital transformation in brand development through supporting businesses in building digital content and promoting on social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces. Brand development activities are integrated with trade promotion programs through organizing and participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and supply-demand networking conferences, contributing to expanding domestic and export markets.
