Speaking at the launch of the campaign, Mr. Ha Thai Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairman of the Provincial Youth Federation, emphasized that 2026 is a year of special significance as young people nationwide compete to achieve accomplishments to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party and look forward to the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2026-2031.
The Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign continues to be a vibrant practical environment for union members and young people to train, contribute, and grow; it is also a place where young people can promote their pioneering and creative spirit through practical projects and activities for the community.
The delegation visits and presents a portrait of a fallen soldier to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Su in Phu Du village, Gia Binh commune.
He stated that choosing Luong Tai commune – a locality currently in the peak phase of land clearance for the Gia Binh Airport project – as the launching point of the campaign clearly demonstrates the spirit of "Where there is a need, the youth are there; where there is difficulty, the youth will overcome it," linking volunteer activities with the province's political and socio-economic development tasks instead of just remaining at the level of simple movement activities.
