With the theme of the Day "Innovation for all people - Driving force for national development", the Implementation Plan aims to continue to affirm the determination and strong commitment of the Party and State in promoting ND; affirming the strategic and central role of ND in promoting rapid and sustainable growth, improving productivity and competitiveness, and socio-economic development.
Activities in response to the National Innovation Day in Bac Ninh province will take place from September 24, 2025 to October 5, 2025 with the main contents such as: Propagating and widely disseminating the purpose and meaning of the National Innovation Day (October 1); communicating, introducing and honoring enterprises, organizations and individuals with innovation results and achievements serving the socio-economic development of the province; disseminating and thoroughly implementing the Party and State's breakthrough policies and guidelines on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in the whole society.
In addition, the content of activities in response to the National Innovation Day in the province is organized in the form of propaganda through Banners on the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the component Electronic Information Portals of departments, agencies, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards in the province; Hang banners and welcome slogans at the headquarters of agencies, organizations, enterprises, and main streets in the province. Launch emulation movements, competitions, and activities to promote the application of technology, new solutions, promote initiatives, technical improvements, process improvements, etc. in professional activities, production and business activities at each agency, organization, and enterprise.
