The garment manufacturing industry increased by 30.48%.
The beverage manufacturing industry increased by 4.59%.
2. The plan for the 2026 Spring crop production is being implemented with a planted area of approximately 91,880 hectares. To date, localities have planted 268 hectares, and the crops are growing steadily.
3. Total retail sales of goods are estimated to reach over VND 13,980 billion, an increase of approximately 16% compared to the same period last year.
4. The value of exports and imports increased significantly compared to the same period last year; the total value is estimated at USD 17.6 billion.
Specifically:
Exports reached USD 9.2 billion, a 53.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
Imports are estimated at USD 8.4 billion, a 49.3% increase compared to the same period last year.
5. Total state budget revenue reached VND 18,780.8 billion, equivalent to 25.9% of the projected target.
Including:
Domestic revenue reached VND 17,466 billion, equivalent to 29.5% of the assigned target.
Import and export tax revenue reached VND 1,315 billion, approximately 10% of the projected target.
Revenue from FDI enterprises reached VND 11,388 billion, equivalent to 51% of the projected target.
Land use fee revenue reached VND 1,280 billion, equivalent to 9.8% of the projected target.
6. The province attracted 40 newly licensed projects and 38 projects with increased capital adjustments; Total investment capital reached over USD 2.293 billion.
14 new domestic projects and 26 FDI projects were granted licenses, with a total registered capital of VND 42,994.2 billion and USD 47.9 million.
Capital increases were implemented for 6 domestic projects and 32 FDI projects, with a total additional capital of VND 781.7 billion and USD 512.2 million.
7. The quality of education and training continued to improve, achieving positive results in examinations. A total of 174,237 students participated in the education quality assessment.
Notably, students from Bac Ninh province won a Gold Medal at the International Robotics Competition.
8. Administrative reform, building a service-oriented government, and digital transformation continued to achieve many outstanding results.
In 2025, Bac Ninh province ranked first nationwide in excellently fulfilling the state's task of providing quality service to citizens and businesses in handling administrative procedures.
9. Winter-Spring disease prevention and control work was implemented effectively.
Activities to care for policy beneficiaries, the poor, the elderly, social welfare recipients, and disadvantaged workers during Tet (Lunar New Year) were carried out promptly and practically.
10. Cultural, artistic, and sports activities were given attention and organized.
National defense and security work was implemented comprehensively and synchronously; political security and social order in the province were maintained and stable.
