(BNP) – The Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 133-QD/TU on the establishment of the Labor Consulting and Support Center of Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union.

According to the Decision, the Labor Consulting and Support Center of Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union (Center) was established on the basis of rearranging and reorganizing the Labor Consulting and Support Center of Bac Giang Provincial Trade Union, from September 1, 2025. The Center is a public service unit that ensures regular expenses, directly under the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; has legal status, headquarters, seal, and separate accounts according to regulations.
The Center has a Director and no more than 02 Deputy Directors; the maximum number of employees of the Center is 27 (of which, there are 23 employees and 04 service staff). The Center does not establish functional departments.
The Provincial Party Committee of the Fatherland Front directs the promulgation of regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure; approves job positions; guides, manages, uses, and recruits’ civil servants and labor contracts according to job positions, ensuring the number of employees has been determined; at the same time, directs the implementation of financial autonomy in accordance with regulations. The Provincial Confederation of Labor Executive Committee directs, guides the content, and orders the Center for professional activities according to its functions and tasks./.
