(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 802/QD-UBND approving the partial adjustment of the detailed planning of Dinh Tram Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province.
Dinh Tram Industrial Park is located in Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh province; bordered to the North by Hung Lam residential area (Viet Yen Ward), to the South by National Highway 1A, to the West by National Highway 37, and to the East by My Dien residential area (Nenh Ward).
According to the Decision, the Provincial People's Committee has made partial adjustments to the detailed planning of Dinh Tram Industrial Park with several main contents including: Adjusting the land plots for factory construction to increase the average height from 2 floors to a maximum of 7 floors, and increasing the land use coefficient from 1.2 times to a maximum of 4.2 times; For service land plots and areas for agencies and security, the building height has been increased from an average of 2 floors to a maximum of 12 floors, and the land use coefficient has increased from 1.6 times to a maximum of 4.8 times; in areas not yet ensuring a green buffer zone, the minimum setback is 10 m; the building density of each land plot shall not exceed 60% according to the approved detailed plan.
Following the adjustments, the Provincial People's Committee encourages the development of rooftop solar power systems on buildings within the industrial park, contributing to promoting the use of renewable energy and sustainable development. Other contents will continue to be implemented according to the decisions and documents adjusting the planning of Dinh Tram Industrial Park previously approved by the Ministry of Construction and the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee.
