In the revenue structure, domestic taxes and fees are estimated at over VND 26.9 trillion, reaching 58.4% of the budget and increasing by 30.1% compared to the same period. Notably, land use fee revenue recorded strong growth with VND 7.6 trillion, reaching 58.6% of the budget and 195.5% compared to the same period last year. This result reflects the significant recovery of the real estate market through the successful auction of land use rights in residential and urban projects in the province.

The foreign direct investment (FDI) sector continues to play a key role, making a significant contribution to the provincial budget with cumulative revenue for the first four months estimated at VND 15.5 trillion, an increase of 40.4% compared to the same period last year. Many businesses have made large tax payments and experienced high growth, such as Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., which paid VND 2.6 trillion (an increase of 60.7%); and Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd., which paid VND 1.2 trillion. Notably, some businesses saw a dramatic increase in tax payments, such as Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd., which increased 74 times, and Luxshare - ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd., which increased 57 times, thanks to the breakthrough in the electronics manufacturing industry and export orders.

In addition, the non-state-owned enterprise sector also achieved positive results with VND 6.4 trillion, equivalent to 69.1% of the projected target. The contributions of units such as Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, Viglacera Real Estate Business Company, along with large land use fee payers such as Dai Hoang Son Joint Stock Company and Vinaland Beautiful House Development Joint Stock Company, helped the province's total budget revenue exceed the average projected target.
