(BNP) - On the morning of August 19, the inauguration ceremony of Building T1, T2 of Que Vo Hillview Social Housing Project took place in Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh province. The ceremony was held in person and online with connecting points nationwide.

Attending the ceremony were Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thi Hang; Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong; Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Tran Thi Van.
The Que Vo Hillview Social Housing Project is invested by Song Hong Real Estate Management Company Limited. This is one of the pioneering projects of Bac Ninh province in the field of social housing development, especially serving workers in industrial parks.
The project began construction and put into operation in late 2012 and early 2013. The project has made an important contribution to solving the urgent need for workers' accommodation, providing stable housing for more than 3,000 workers.
Since 2016, the investor has implemented the social housing development phase with a scale of 6 buildings. To date, 4 buildings have been completed and put into use, of which building T03 was handed over from the fourth quarter of 2018.

Covering 1.6 hectares with a total floor area of 57,000 square meters, the development comprises 638 apartments. The two new building (T1 and T2) add 258 units with a combined investment of about VND 212 billion, part of the project’s total VND 403 billion budget.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong praised the investor, contractors and local authorities for overcoming difficulties to complete the project on time and to quality standards.

He stressed that social housing is a key policy of the Communist Party and government, aimed at improving living conditions for low-income workers and vulnerable groups while ensuring balanced economic and social development.
