During this period, Bac Ninh province implemented many projects in the fields of crop cultivation, livestock farming, and aquaculture. Specifically, the crop cultivation sector implemented 8 projects with a total budget of over VND 75 billion; the livestock sector implemented 4 projects with over VND5 1 billion; and the aquaculture sector implemented 2 projects with over VND 10 billion. The models focus on applying new varieties, advanced production processes, and quality standards such as VietGAP and GACP-WHO, contributing to improved productivity, quality of agricultural products, and food safety.

Many production models have proven effective, forming linkages from production to consumption, thereby increasing the added value and competitiveness of agricultural products. Some typical models, such as safe vegetable production, high-quality rice production, medicinal plant development, commercial poultry and livestock farming, and high-tech aquaculture, have created sustainable livelihoods for people in rural and mountainous areas.

In addition, training and capacity building have been emphasized. The entire program has trained 122 grassroots technicians and organized training for 2,640 people. This is the core force that helps transfer, maintain, and expand scientific and technological advancements at the grassroots level, contributing to improving the production capacity of the people.

Information and communication activities are also implemented synchronously through mass media, training courses, and scientific seminars, contributing to raising awareness and access to science and technology among the people.

Evaluation of effectiveness shows that the Program has brought many practical benefits. In terms of science and technology, many advanced technical processes have been adopted and mastered, synchronizing from production to processing and consumption of products. Economically, productivity and product quality have increased significantly, with many models generating incomes many times higher than traditional production. Socially, the program contributes to job creation, income improvement, and improved living standards for people, especially in disadvantaged areas. At the same time, the application of clean production processes has contributed to environmental protection and sustainable development.

The program has made a significant contribution to bringing scientific and technological advancements into practical production, promoting the development of agriculture towards a modern, commodity-oriented approach, linked to the construction of new rural areas and the restructuring of the agricultural sector. Through this, it has gradually and effectively exploited the potential and advantages of the locality, creating momentum for socio-economic development in rural and mountainous areas in the new period.
