(BNP) - On the morning of June 11, the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the "Exam Season Support" youth volunteering teams at Hoang Quoc Viet High School (Vu Ninh ward) and Giap Hai High School (Da Mai ward).

At the visited locations, the Provincial Youth Union leaders acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and pioneering spirit of the union members and youths participating in supporting the exam. At the same time, they expressed their desire for the volunteers to continue promoting the role of youth, actively implementing effective support activities, and contributing to helping the exam take place safely and smoothly.

To promptly support candidates participating in the exam, the Provincial Youth Union leaders directed Youth Union and Association echelons across the province to simultaneously launch the 2026 "Exam Season Support" campaign with nearly 100 volunteering teams and more than 4,000 youth union members and volunteers participating. The youth volunteering teams were deployed early and arranged appropriately according to the actual conditions in each locality to provide maximum support to candidates and parents throughout the duration of the exam.

At the exam sites, the volunteer forces implemented many practical activities such as guiding exam room diagrams, supporting luggage keeping, distributing free drinking water, hand fans, and learning tools; coordinating traffic diversion, maintaining security and order at the school gate area, and environmental cleaning, etc.

In addition to support activities at the exam sites, many units also organized centralized meals and accommodation support for students living far away or in difficult circumstances; mobilizing Youth Union officials, teachers, and parents to participate in preparing meals and taking care of the students' living conditions throughout the exam.

At the same time, quick response teams were established, ready to support transporting candidates encountering vehicle breakdowns, arriving late, or facing urgent situations, ensuring that no candidate would miss the exam due to objective conditions.

The "Exam Season Support" program was an annual volunteering activity of Bac Ninh youth, demonstrating the companion role of the Youth Union organization towards students.
