(BNP) - Implementing the goal of building an orderly, disciplined, safe, healthy, civilized, harmonious, and developing society, Bac Ninh province has recently deployed synchronous solutions across various fields, contributing to maintaining political stability, ensuring social order and safety, creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development, and improving the quality of life for the People.
Actively prevent and effectively fight against all types of crimes, avoiding the formation of complicated hot spots regarding security and order.
In particular, Bac Ninh focuses on improving the quality of promulgating legal normative documents, strengthening the organization and monitoring of law enforcement, and creating a solid legal corridor for socio-economic development activities. At the same time, the province concentrates on consolidating the organizational apparatus of the government towards a lean, efficient, potent, and effective direction, meeting the operations of the local government at 02 levels; strictly implementing internal political protection, managing the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, and raising the responsibility of heads in public service performance.
Along with that, inspection, examination, and supervision tasks have been strengthened; training and fostering the team of cadres continue to receive attention in order to build a professional team of cadres that meets the requirements of tasks in the new period. Party committees and party organizations regularly review and supplement working regulations, ensuring strict implementation of the principle of democratic centralism, and improving the quality of leadership, direction, and task execution.
In ensuring security and order, Bac Ninh promotes the synergy of the entire political system in maintaining political security, social order, and safety. The province focuses on building a clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern Police force; actively detecting and preventing risks affecting security and order, and preventing the formation of "hot spots" in the locality.
The fight against crime has achieved many positive results. The rate of handling crime reports and denunciations, as well as investigating and solving cases, is always at a high level, contributing to curbing and reducing crimes infringing upon social order over the years. In 2025 alone, the whole province successfully built 22 drug-free communes and wards.
Bac Ninh has also effectively implemented solutions to ensure traffic safety, fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue. Many security and order maintenance models continue to be maintained and leverage efficiency, including 5,016 models and 5,433 mass organizations participating in the movement of all people protecting National Security; 158 "Good Mass Mobilization" models; and 2,858 security and order protection teams with nearly 9,900 members regularly operating at the grassroots level.
In particular, propaganda and mobilization of the People to participate in ensuring security and order have been boosted, contributing to consolidating the people's security posture and raising citizens' sense of responsibility in preventing and fighting against crimes and social evils.
Heading towards the 2026 - 2045 period, Bac Ninh determines to continue promoting the strength of the entire political system, the business community, and the People in building an orderly, disciplined, safe, and sustainably developing society. The province sets the target of absolutely protecting the security and safety of important political events; effectively handling emerging issues right from the grassroots level; curbing and reducing crime annually; and striving by 2030 to have at least 50% of communes and wards drug-free.
To achieve the above goals, Bac Ninh will continue to accelerate institutional reform and improve the efficiency of state management; increase investment in defense and security; synchronously deploy crime prevention and control solutions; raise the efficiency of scientific and technological applications and digital transformation in social management; build a safe and modern transportation system; and at the same time, promote the efficiency of the movement of all people protecting National Security, contributing to building Bac Ninh into a safe, civilized, liveable, and attractive locality for investors./.
