1. Geographical location
Que Vo Industrial Park (IP) is located in Que Vo town (old), Bac Ninh province, about 10 km northeast of Bac Ninh city center and about 40 km from Hanoi capital.
The IP is located near major traffic routes such as National Highway 18, National Highway 1A, Hanoi - Lang Son Expressway and Hanoi - Quang Ninh railway, helping to quickly connect to Hai Phong seaport (about 90 km away) and Noi Bai International Airport (about 45 km away). This strategic location creates favorable conditions for logistics activities, transportation of raw materials and import and export of goods.
2. Scale and area
Que Vo Industrial Park has a total planned area of about 600 hectares, divided into many functional sub-zones including industrial production area, logistics warehouse area, operating area and support service area.
This is one of the first and largest industrial parks in Bac Ninh province, oriented to become a high-tech concentrated industrial park, playing a leading role in attracting FDI investment into the locality.
