(BNP) - On the morning of April 15th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh worked with Hanh Nguyen Logistics Joint Stock Company to consider their proposal to study the investment in a comprehensive logistics, irradiation, and cold storage center project in the province, serving agricultural product exports.

During the meeting, Mr. Pham Tien Hoai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanh Nguyen Logistics Joint Stock Company said that the company, which was founded in 2019 and has its headquarters in Can Tho City, specializes in offering a complete, closed-loop service chain for the agricultural industry. This includes transportation, import and export, irradiation, warehouse and commercial space rental for agricultural products, processing and preservation services, and related support services.
According to Hanh Nguyen Logistics Joint Stock Company, Bac Ninh offers strong advantages for project development, including abundant agricultural output, a large system of industrial parks and clusters, and well-developed transport infrastructure that facilitates distribution and export. Based on these strengths, the company proposed exploring investment in a comprehensive logistics, irradiation, and cold storage center, and expressed its hope for the province’s support throughout the implementation process.

The meeting's delegates exchanged and discussed a number of topics, such as local environmental protection requirements, particularly wastewater treatment systems in industrial zones; transportation systems connecting to support agricultural exports, particularly to the Chinese market; and investment incentives for agricultural processing and logistics projects.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh affirmed that Bac Ninh province is always ready to welcome, support, and create favorable conditions for businesses to explore, invest, and conduct business.
He requested Hanh Nguyen Logistics Joint Stock Company to promptly develop a specific investment plan for the project planned for implementation in Bac Ninh. He also instructed relevant departments and agencies to coordinate, support, and guide the enterprise during the research and completion of procedures, creating conditions for the project to be implemented and put into operation as soon as possible.
