* Index of Industrial Production (IIP) in October 2025 increased by 20.94% over the same period last year; IIP in 11 months was estimated to increase by 16.79%.
Among which:
- Processing and manufacturing industry increased by 16.94%
- Mining decreased by 8.21%
- Production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning increased by 1.63%
- Water supply; waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by 21.54%
* The total area of summer rice cultivation was estimated to reach over 75,317 hectares; the harvested area was 70,715 hectares, accounting for 93.9% of the cultivation area, an increase of 2.23% over the same period last year.
* Total retail sales of goods and service revenue in November 2025 reached VND 17,541.4 billion, up 15.7% over the previous month.
* Estimated domestic budget revenue in November 2025 reached VND 2,774 billion; accumulated revenue in 11 months was estimated at VND 54,020 billion, equaling to 117.9% of the 2025 estimate, up 38.5% over the same period in 2024.
* Consumer Price Index (CPI) in November 2025 increased by 0.11% over the previous month; in 11 months, the average CPI increased by 2.82% over the same period last year.
* In November, the province attracted 314.01 million USD in total converted investment capital; Investment attraction in 11 months reached over 18.21 billion USD.
Of which:
- Newly granted 195 DDI projects with registered capital of VND 291,260.49 billion; 361 FDI projects with registered capital of USD 1,913.8 million.
- Adjusted 163 DDI projects, additional registered capital of 30,456.93 billion VND; 265 FDI projects, total additional capital of USD 3,583.9 million.
* Education and training activities were implemented synchronously and effectively; focusing on improving the quality of teaching and learning. Health care and public health care were given attention; the quality of medical examination and treatment at all levels was improved.
* Cultural and sports activities were organized enthusiastically, notably the province hosting and successfully organizing the Film Week to celebrate the 24th Vietnam Film Festival; won many awards at the 2025 National Cheo Festival; competed in 07 national sports competitions, won 22 medals of all kinds.
* Poverty reduction, caring for people's lives, ensuring social security continue to be focused on. Good implementation of preferential policies for people with meritorious services. The material and spiritual life of the people is improved.
* National defense and security work is deployed comprehensively and effectively; political security and social order and safety in the area are maintained stably. Work to ensure traffic order and safety is deployed synchronously, drastically and effectively.
