(BNP) - On the morning of April 8, a delegation led by Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Lam Thi Huong Thanh visited CAYI Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Tam Giang and Yen Phong communes, Bac Ninh province) to assess the production status, living conditions, and employment of trade union members and laborers.
The delegation included Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Thach Van Chung; along with representatives from the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority.

CAYI Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Address: Plot CN1-1, Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park) was established in March 2023 with 100% investment capital from Singapore. The company specialized in the research, development, and manufacture of high-end stainless steel vacuum flasks and cups. Its products were exported to various markets such as the US, Australia, and Japan, serving as a supplier for major brands including Starbucks, Stanley, and Lululemon. Currently, the enterprise employed 2,570 workers with an average income ranging from 14 to 18 million VND per person per month. Alongside production, the company focused on implementing welfare regimes and caring for the spiritual life of its employees.
During the working session, the Company's leadership expressed gratitude for the attention and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Bac Ninh, which created favorable conditions for the business to stabilize and grow. The enterprise affirmed its commitment to regarding laborers as the core force, prioritizing their rights, occupational safety, and overall well-being. The Trade Union organization had effectively fulfilled its role as a bridge, contributing to a harmonious and stable working environment.
Speaking at the session, Vice Chairwoman Lam Thi Huong Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the FDI enterprise to local industrial development and job creation. Amidst various economic challenges, the business had maintained stable production operations, ensuring jobs and income for laborers.

On the occasion of the upcoming South Vietnam Liberation Day (April 30), International Workers' Day (May 1), and Workers' Month, she requested that the enterprise continue its focus on worker welfare, create stable employment, and increase incomes. Simultaneously, she emphasized the importance of training and skill upgrades to help workers access high-tech, knowledge-intensive technical positions.
Regarding the Trade Union organization, she noted the need to continue promoting its role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legal rights and interests of laborers, thereby building harmonious and stable labor relations within the enterprise.
The Vice Chairwoman affirmed that provincial leaders would continue to accompany the business, promptly resolving difficulties and creating favorable conditions for sustainable development and contribution to the province's socio-economic growth.

On the same day, Vice Chairwoman Lam Thi Huong Thanh and the delegation visited the family of trade union member Do Duy Tien (Gioi Te village, Tien Du commune). Mr. Tien was a worker in the construction and installation team of the Lim Town Water Plant (under Bac Ninh Water Supply Joint Stock Company No. 2) who unfortunately passed away due to a labor accident during construction in Hai Phong city in August 2025.
At the household, Vice Chairwoman Lam Thi Huong Thanh offered her sincere condolences and shared in the family's loss, encouraging the relatives to overcome their hardships and stabilize their lives, particularly in caring for and raising the young children. She also requested that local authorities, the Trade Union, and the enterprise continue to provide both material and spiritual support to the victim's family.
