(BNP) - Responding to the emulation movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) to celebrate the success of the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions, on the morning of June 7, at Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd (Quang Chau industrial park), the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial General Confederation of Labor launched the "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement for the 2026 - 2031 period in the province.

The program was connected online with the central bridge of the Launching Ceremony of the "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement organized by the Standing Committee of the VGCL.
Attending the program were leaders of the Provincial General Confederation of Labor; leaders, specialized trade union officials of the whole province along with 300 trade union members and workers of Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" emulation movement was launched to strongly arouse patriotism, the will to rise up and the desire to dedicate among the team of workers and employees; promote creative labor, improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency, improve income and life, contributing to successfully implementing the provincial socio-economic development goals in the new period.
According to the plan, the movement was implemented in the 2026 - 2031 period with thematic, peak emulation phases or according to each specific group of tasks and fields, focusing on 3 core emulation contents including good labor; improving labor productivity; improving income for workers. In which, striving for at least 65% of workers to be trained and fostered to improve skills and professional qualifications; at least 75% of workers in enterprises to be disseminated with information technology and digital technology knowledge. In addition, annually there would be at least 26,000 initiatives of workers proposed and applied in practice; from 30 - 40 initiatives would be awarded the Creative Labor Certificate; the average income of workers would increase from 8 - 12%/year; over 80% of enterprises would have collective labor agreements with terms more beneficial to workers, etc.

Speaking at the program, the representative of the leadership of the Provincial General Confederation of Labor called on all officials, members, workers, and trade union levels in the province to promote the spirit of solidarity, the will of self-reliance and self-strengthening, and strongly respond to the emulation movement with the highest determination. Through the emulation movement, each official, member, and worker continued to make efforts to study, improve professional qualifications and skills, promote initiatives, technical innovations, good labor, creative labor, contributing to improving productivity, quality, and work efficiency, actively contributing to the development of enterprises, localities, and the country.
The leader of the Provincial General Confederation of Labor also requested commune, ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions to coordinate with local authorities to build implementation plans suitable for each locality and unit associated with the tasks of agencies, units, enterprises and the characteristics of each grassroots trade union.
Agencies, units, and enterprises would coordinate with grassroots trade union organizations to build plans, integrate emulation movement contents into production and business tasks and annual work programs; have mechanisms for rewards, salaries, and benefits associated with productivity, initiatives, and efficiency; bring the contents into collective labor agreements; check and evaluate implementation results and promptly commend, reward, and replicate advanced examples, typical models, and initiatives. Along with that, create conditions in terms of time, resources, technology, equipment; improve the working environment for members and workers to participate in emulation, dedication, and promote initiatives. Organize training to improve skills and digital skills; promote the application of science and technology and modern governance to improve productivity and efficiency in work, production, and business.

On this occasion, Bac Ninh Provincial General Confederation of Labor encouraged and presented gifts to 100 trade union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd, thereby contributing to encouraging workers to continue to feel secure in their work and emulate in production labor./.
