(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Plan No. 161/KH-UBND to organize the Digital Skills Competition for officials and public employees of Bac Ninh province in 2026 in response to the "Digital Literacy Movement".
The competition aims to equip officials and public employees with the effective use of AI tools to support their work as well as skills in exploiting online public services.
The competition will be implemented throughout the province to promote the dissemination of the Party and State's policies on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity; and at the same time, raise awareness and digital skills for officials and public employees regarding the importance of personal data, how to secure information in the digital environment; rules of conduct on social networks, prevention of high-tech fraud and protection of privacy rights.
According to the plan, the competition aims to equip officials, civil servants, and public employees with essential knowledge and skills in personal data security, online etiquette, identifying high-tech scams, effectively using AI tools to support work, and utilizing online public services and the VNeID electronic identity application. This will contribute to building a workforce with digital thinking, digital skills, and the ability to adapt to the demands of a digital government and a digital society.
The competition will be held in an online multiple-choice format, open to officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers currently employed in agencies, units, and localities throughout the province. Each test consists of 30 multiple-choice questions randomly selected from a question bank, with a time limit of 20 minutes. Participants can take part using computers or mobile devices with internet access.
The exam content focuses on policies, regulations, and laws related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity; general knowledge of AI and its applications in daily life; skills in identifying fake news (deepfake), preventing online fraud, establishing information security, using two-factor authentication (2FA), and skills in using VNeID and online public services.
