(BNP) - On the afternoon of April 9th, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son chaired a meeting to implement digital transformation and connect to the National Public Service Portal at the National Data Center.

According to the report at the conference, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the Provincial People's Committee Office to closely coordinate with central ministries and agencies, especially the National Data Center, to synchronously implement tasks serving system connectivity. Key contents include: Registering administrative accounts on the Administrative Procedure Resolution Coordination System; requesting the issuance of specialized digital certificates for public service; leading and coordinating with relevant units to review and improve conditions regarding technical infrastructure, information security and safety; developing a plan for data synchronization and migration to ensure the continuous, smooth and efficient provision of public services; and deploying Agent Node devices...
Besides, Bac Ninh province has conducted a comprehensive test of data synchronization between the province's administrative procedure resolution information system and the National Public Service Portal.
To date, the province has completed all the contents and tasks related to connecting the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System with the National Public Service Portal, ensuring that the schedule and requirements are met, and is ready for the official operation phase.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, proposing ideas, and exchanging solutions for the effective implementation of the transition to connecting the National Public Service Portal to the National Data Center.
Concluding the conference, Standing Vice Chairman urged the entire political system to participate in the task of transitioning to connecting the National Public Service Portal to the National Data Center. Departments, agencies, and localities should continue to focus intensely on the operational phase. This includes assigning staff to be on duty 24/7 during the transition period and the first few days of official operation; and telecommunications companies such as VNPT and Mobifone should increase personnel to support the Provincial Public Service Center and communes/wards.
