Goertek promotes trilateral training partnership program

(BNP) - From May 18th to 22nd, 2026, the School Cooperation Department, under the Human Resources Center of Goertek Vietnam, along with representatives from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Electric Power University (EPU), and Thai Nguyen University of Technology (TNUT), conducted a field visit to observe the tripartite training partnership model in China.

The delegation visits and receives an overview of Shandong Transportation Vocational Academy.

This activity is part of the tripartite training partnership program "School - Enterprise - School" between Goertek, Vietnamese universities, and Chinese universities. This is a training model proposed and implemented by Goertek to strengthen international cooperation, expand the education network, and promote a three-way training partnership model: School - Enterprise - School, with the goal of developing high-quality human resources capable of quickly adapting to practical requirements and better meeting the needs of the technology and smart manufacturing industries in the context of digital transformation and deep international integration.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation conducted surveys and worked with many training institutions in China to learn about the model of education linked to practical production.

At the beginning of the trip, the delegation visited and worked at the Shandong Transportation Vocational Academy and the Goertek Group's Training Center in China, where nearly 100 students from HaUI, TNUT, and EPU are participating in the joint training program. The leaders of the universities highly appreciated the practical training model, the international learning environment, and the support of businesses in the training process, considering these as important foundations to help students improve their capabilities and be ready for international integration.

The delegation also worked with Shandong University of Technology to discuss cooperation in training, scientific research, and the development of high-quality human resources. The parties agreed to strengthen coordination in building training programs aligned with business needs, while promoting research and application linkages to improve the quality of training and the integration capacity of students in the context of technological development.

Overview of the working session with Qufu Normal University.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation continued to visit and work with Qufu Normal University, discussing a tripartite cooperation model between the university and businesses towards sustainable development. The parties discussed the implementation of faculty exchange programs, expanding student exchanges, and collaborating on joint research topics and scientific projects linked to the practical needs of businesses. These collaborative efforts contribute to perfecting the integrated training ecosystem, meeting the requirements for developing high-quality human resources in the context of integration.

Through this activity, Goertek continues to affirm its role as a bridge between businesses and educational institutions, contributing to building a training ecosystem linked to production practices and the needs of the global labor market.

The tripartite "School - Enterprise - School" collaborative training program between Goertek, Vietnamese universities, and Chinese universities not only provides Vietnamese students with the opportunity to access international education but also allows them to experience a modern industrial environment, enhance their professional skills, foreign language proficiency, and adaptability to a multicultural work environment.

Participating students will receive Chinese language training in Vietnam before studying and gaining practical experience at Chinese universities and Goertek's Technology Training Center in China. Goertek also awards scholarships to support students participating in this training model, while acting as a bridge to help Vietnamese and Chinese universities expand cooperation, training, professional exchange, and student exchange.

In the coming period, Goertek will continue to expand its network of educational partners, diversify training programs, and strengthen international cooperation activities, contributing to the training of high-quality human resources to meet the development requirements of the technology and smart manufacturing industries in the new era.
