(BNP) - The movie project "Chi chiem em 3" officially commenced filming at the Bo Da pagoda special national relief. Attending the program, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son affirmed that Bac Ninh always created all favorable conditions to support the film crew, while noting the preservation of heritage values and traditional Kinh Bac culture during the filming process.

On the afternoon of May 31, at the Bo Da pagoda special national relief (Van Ha ward), Muse Films Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony of the movie project "Chi chi em em 3".
Attending the program were Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province; the director, producer, actors and members of the movie crew of "Chi chi em em 3".
According to producer Do Dinh Truong, representative of the "Chi chi em em 3" film crew, Bo Da pagoda left a deep impression on the crew because of its rare, ancient and original space. The architectural complex, landscape and cultural life here were very suitable for historical, period pieces or works that exploit traditional cultural elements.
These were the important reasons that led the film crew to decide to research and choose this location as the setting to produce the movie project "Chi chi em em 3". It was expected that about 1/5 of the movie's duration would be set at Bo Da pagoda.

Talking with the film crew, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son emphasized that Bac Ninh was a land rich in history and culture with many unique heritages, including Bac Ninh Quan ho Folk Songs which were inscribed by UNESCO as an Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. With its cultural depth and dynamism in socio-economic development, Bac Ninh had a lot of potential to become an attractive destination for cinematographic and artistic projects.
Previously, many locations in Bac Ninh were selected as the main settings for a number of television series such as the movie "Nguoc duong nguoc nang" filmed at Hien Van ancient village (Lien Bao commune); the movie "Mua hoa tim lai" filmed at Dau Han dike (Kinh Bac ward), etc. contributing to promoting and attracting tens of thousands of tourists to visit and learn about these landmarks.

He welcomed the fact that the "Chi chi em em 3" film crew chose Bac Ninh as the filming location, affirming that the province would create the most favorable conditions for the crew to implement the project, from administrative procedures, connecting and arranging filming locations, to ensuring security and order, and accommodation services to support the film crew during the production process.
He requested that during the production process, the film crew should ensure respect for the local historical and cultural values while respecting cultural standards, fine customs and traditions of the nation; truthfully and correctly reflect the cultural identity of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac; not distort or cause misunderstanding about traditional cultural values.
For contents related to Bac Ninh Quan ho Folk Songs, it was necessary to ensure the preservation of the true nature and core values of the heritage. Bo Da Pagoda was a special national relief, therefore, heritage protection during the filming process must be put first. Functional forces, especially the ward police, would coordinate closely to ensure security and safety for the film crew as well as monument conservation work.
