This procession stretched for kilometers and involved a large number of local people, tourists from all over, delegations representing the Ly Dynasty from within and outside the province, and the Ly family in South Korea…

The festival part featured many vibrant activities such as: the opening of the pedestrian street at Ly Thai To Park, sports dancing, street art, folk games, and the organization of a Quan Ho Bac Ninh cultural space. The festival includes a culinary space showcasing cuisine from all three regions of Vietnam, an exhibition of ornamental plants, a Dong Ngu water puppet show, a trade fair, games, cultural and artistic activities, and sports events.

In addition, the organizing committee is paying close attention to security, traffic safety, and food safety. The police will closely coordinate with other forces to manage traffic flow, control parking areas, game and vending businesses, etc. Food vendors must sign commitments to ensure food safety and hygiene, and sell at the listed prices.
In particular, the Organizing Committee has established and widely publicized a hotline to promptly and seriously receive and handle complaints about harassment, price gouging, or uncivilized behavior that disrupts public order and security… in order to create a positive image for tourists attending the festival.
