Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi visits and inspects several exemplary agricultural production models in Tan An ward

(BNP) - On the morning of April 22nd, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi visited and inspected several exemplary agricultural production models in Tan An ward.

Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi and the delegation visited a number of model farms in the ward, such as the French pigeon breeding model of Mr. Vu Van Nghien's household in Thuong residential area, Tan An ward; the circular agriculture model of Mr. Hoang Dinh Que's household in Quynh Son residential area, Tan An ward, which covers 6.4 hectares and specializes in growing different fruit trees and raising lean pork; and the model that uses smart IoT technology in greenhouse farming of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen's household.

During his visits, Le Xuan Loi highly appreciated the economic efficiency of these models, as well as the proactive, creative, and innovative spirit of members of the Farmers’ Association in Tan An, who have lawfully prospered from their local land. He noted that these pioneering models have made positive contributions to local socio-economic development and to the Farmers’ Association movement in the ward.

The Provincial Farmers' Association was directed by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work with Tan An ward and pertinent agencies to gather the challenges, barriers, and suggestions of farming households and establishments. They were also instructed to promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee on suitable and workable future policies. On the other hand, he expressed his hope that farming establishments and households would continue to boldly invest capital, science, and technology, build linkage chains, develop brands, and create provincial-level OCOP products.
