(BNP) - On the afternoon of April 24th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi held a working session with Askey Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. (Que Vo Industrial Park) to assess its production and business performance and present gifts to workers and employees in celebration of Workers’ Month and the 2026 Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health.

At the meeting, Mr. Anson Huang, Director of Askey Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., reported that the company began operations in Bac Ninh Province in 2023 and currently operates two factories specializing in the production of electronic circuit boards, development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology solutions, and manufacturing of telecommunications network equipment, consumer electronics, computers, peripherals, and other electrical devices.

The company is recognized for its strong reputation and high standards of stability and sustainability in production. During 2024–2025, it aims to provide stable employment for more than 1,700 workers, with an average monthly income ranging from VND 9 million to VND 13 million per person. All employees are union members, and the company consistently pays close attention to the material and spiritual well-being of its workforce and union members.

The Vice Chairman affirmed that the province will continue to accompany businesses by creating a favorable and stable investment environment, helping enterprises not only grow in Bac Ninh but also expand their investment into other industrial parks across the province.
He added that Bac Ninh will continue directing all levels and sectors to implement comprehensive solutions aimed at improving workers’ quality of life, employment opportunities, and incomes; promoting the development of social housing and trade union facilities for workers; strengthening training and skills development; and better ensuring social security, insurance, and healthcare policies for employees
In the coming time, the Vice Chairman requested trade unions at all levels to further strengthen their role as a bridge between workers and businesses by promptly understanding employees’ thoughts, aspirations, and feedback in order to effectively coordinate and address arising issues. He also urged the company to continue giving greater attention to its workforce, regarding employees as its most valuable asset, while continuously improving working conditions, incomes, and welfare benefits.

At the program, the Vice Chairman along with leaders of the Provincial Labor Union, presented 100 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances and those who have made significant contributions to the activities of Askey Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd.
