(BNP) - On the afternoon of February 1st, 2026, Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii) Vietnam, a subsidiary of Foxconn Science and Technology Group, held its Fii 2025 Solidarity Congress with the theme "Reaching Towards the Future" at the Bac Ninh Provincial Sports Arena.
Attending the event Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Pham Van Thinh; Mr. Trinh Hong Manh, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Luu Tong Truong, Rotating CEO of Fii; and thousands of outstanding employees of Fii Vietnam.

The Fii Solidarity Congress program is held annually. This is an opportunity for the company to evaluate the results achieved during the year and set production and business goals for the coming year as well as and honor and reward individuals who have made significant contributions to labor and business development.
Since moving to Bac Ninh in 2007, Fii has emerged as a key partner, contributing significantly to the province's industrial development and economic restructuring. Fii has been generating substantial value and establishing a sustainable production value chain in Bac Ninh with four primary legal organizations, around USD 1.3 billion in investment capital, and a production land area of up to 117 hectares.
Fii's accomplishments in Bac Ninh in 2025 are very remarkable. Fii has created jobs for over 60,000 workers; revenue in 2025 is predicted to climb by 80% compared to 2024. Notably, the World Economic Forum (WEF) named the Fuhong plant in Quang Chau Industrial Park the first "Lighthouse Factory" in Vietnam on October 8, 2024. By January 2026, the Fuhong facility will receive additional recognition as the first "Sustainability Lighthouse Factory" in the country.

Mr. Trinh Hong Manh gave the following remarks at the program: As 2026 approaches, Fii Vietnam will keep increasing investment in the country, encouraging digital transformation and smart manufacturing, emphasizing talent development, increasing production capacity, and constructing environmentally friendly, intelligent factories that can compete globally.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh affirmed the province's commitment to continuously improve the investment and business environment in a transparent, convenient, and modern direction. Bac Ninh province will accelerate administrative reforms, shorten the time for processing procedures, and improve the quality of public administrative services so that businesses can confidently produce and expand investment.
Bac Ninh will closely cooperate with Fii in training programs, skill enhancement, and collaboration with vocational schools and universities to train human resources according to the actual needs of smart factories, especially in the fields of automation, AI, data analysis, and technical system maintenance. The province is ready to partner with Fii in pilot programs, data sharing, and connecting local suppliers into the high-tech industrial supply chain, aiming to increase localized value and sustainable competitiveness, Thinh added.

At the Fii Solidarity Congress 2025, 50 employees representing 307 employees of Fii Vietnam at the enterprise were awarded commemorative medals; 530 outstanding workers were honored and rewarded at the program.
