(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 920/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the Phuc Ninh New Urban Area in Vo Cuong and Vu Ninh wards.
According to the Decision, the urban area is bordered to the North by the Thi Cau service residential area and Bup Le mountain; to the South by National Highway 18 and Tran Hung Dao road; to the West by Dau Ma road; and to the East by the National Highway 1A access road.
After the adjustment, the project scale reaches over 114.55 hectares, a reduction of about 1.5 hectares compared to the previous plan; the projected population is approximately 14,414 people.
The Decision also adjusts the planning content to expand the cross-section of one main arterial road to 40m; Adjusting building density, land use coefficient, and adding some low-rise housing models in line with modern architectural trends.
The adjustments aim to concretize the Bac Ninh Urban Master Plan until 2045 and Subdivision Plan No. 15, while also updating administrative boundaries, current land allocation status, and boundaries of external transportation routes.
