(BNP) – The Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization has called on subordinate Party organizations, provincial departments, agencies, socio-political organizations and local authorities to actively participate in the 4th National Photo Contest and Exhibition “Proud of the Nation’s Border Frontier” 2026.

Organized by the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization, the contest is designed to promote public awareness of Viet Nam’s national sovereignty and border security through the art of photography. It also aims to showcase the natural landscapes, cultural heritage and people of border areas, while highlighting the country's achievements in safeguarding and managing its national borders.
The contest is open to Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and above, both at home and overseas, as well as foreign nationals living and working in Viet Nam. Entries must be original works that have not previously won prizes at any national-level photography contest or exhibition organized or co-organized by the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. Submitted works must also comply with Vietnamese laws on the press, intellectual property and other relevant regulations.
The organizing committee has established a diverse prize structure to encourage broad participation. Entries will be accepted until August 15, 2026.
