At the meeting, Chairman Pham Hoang Son provided an overview of Bac Ninh’s potential, advantages, and investment environment. Strategically located in the Hanoi Capital Region and along the Northern key economic corridor, Bac Ninh is emerging as a leading national hub for high-tech industries, electronics, and supporting industries. The province currently has an economic scale of approximately USD 21 billion and ranks among the country’s leading localities in administrative performance. Its infrastructure system is becoming increasingly integrated and modern, with 52 industrial parks and 94 industrial clusters planned, providing ample space for investors in high-tech sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), digital technology, and clean energy.
Furthermore, Bac Ninh possesses a high-quality workforce with a network of 15 universities, nearly 30 colleges, and numerous vocational training centers, creating a significant advantage in meeting the technical labor needs of businesses.
Regarding Taiwanese investors, the Chairman emphasized that Taiwan is currently one of Bac Ninh's important foreign investment partners, with 135 active projects and a total registered capital of over USD1.2 billion. Many large corporations such as Foxconn, Mitac, and Fushan have been associated with the province for nearly 20 years, making positive contributions to socio-economic development, technology transfer, and job creation.

The businesses requested that the province ensure a stable power supply, support in responding to fluctuations in export tax policies, and enhance the training of high-quality human resources.

Bac Ninh stands ready to allocate land and create favorable conditions for such projects to be implemented.
To further promote cooperation, the province plans to establish a dedicated task force to support Taiwanese businesses, maintain regular coordination, promptly address difficulties and obstacles, and facilitate the implementation of cooperation initiatives.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman Pham Hoang Son thanked the Taiwanese business community for its recommendations and expressed his belief that cooperation between the two sides would continue to expand in a substantive and effective manner, contributing to Bac Ninh's socio-economic development and strengthening economic ties between Viet Nam and Taiwan.
