Each participant was required to complete two independent exams (Algebra and Calculus) in two separate sessions, each lasting 180 minutes.

The Olympiad aims to promote the study of mathematics among students, thereby improving the quality of teaching and learning in the subject; identifying and nurturing talented mathematics students; and fostering a passion for mathematics. It also provides an opportunity for exchange and interaction between outstanding high school students from specialized schools and mathematics students and lecturers from universities and colleges nationwide.
