(BNP) - On May 25, 2026, in the Czech Republic, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the Government of Cheb City, Czech Republic, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen and develop friendly relations and enhance mutual understanding, based on respect, voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit, and in accordance with the laws of both sides. Simultaneously, it aims to further promote the results of cooperation between Bac Ninh City and the Cheb City government in various fields.
Accordingly, the two sides agreed to sign this Memorandum of Understanding with the following provisions:
1. Both sides will jointly carry out exchange activities to enhance mutual understanding based on the financial capacity of each side or the agreement of both sides in each specific case.
2. Both sides will strengthen cooperation and exchange information and experience in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, education and training, people-to-people exchanges, and other areas of mutual interest to promote joint development.
This Memorandum of Understanding is drawn up in two copies in Vietnamese, Czech, and English, all texts being equally authentic.
