Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh receives and works with Swiss business delegation

(BNP) - On the afternoon of July 20th, Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with a delegation from 3WM Company (Switzerland) to learn about the province's investment and business environment and propose an investment project in the area. Representatives from several relevant departments and agencies also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, representatives from 3WM Company (Switzerland) reported and presented their proposal to invest in a complex project encompassing services, commerce, tourism, entertainment, and healthcare, with an estimated scale of approximately 10 hectares in Bac Ninh.

According to the plan, the project will be developed into an international-standard service complex, integrating modern facilities and amenities including a high-end resort; a Japanese-standard healthcare center; an indoor amusement park and water park; a golf practice ranges; a shopping center; and other community services and facilities. The company hopes the province will recommend suitable investment locations and provide information on preferential policies, support, and investment procedures.

Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh welcomed 3WM Company and its international partners and experts to visit and learn about the investment environment in Bac Ninh. He emphasized that despite its small size, Bac Ninh is a dynamically developing province, contributing 20% ​​of the country's import and export turnover and providing employment for over 60,000 foreign experts and 200,000 workers from other provinces.

In response to growing demand for healthcare and high-end services, Bac Ninh is prioritizing investment attraction in eco-tourism, hot spring resorts, and nature-based tourism experiences. The province encourages investors to develop distinctive, high-quality tourism products and is committed to providing maximum support, particularly in facilitating legal and administrative procedures in a transparent, timely, and efficient manner, with a view to fostering long-term and sustainable cooperation.
