(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Decision No. 789/QD-UBND approving the local adjustment to the Yen Lu Industrial Park Zoning Plan, scale 1/2,000.
The Yen Lu Industrial Park's zoning plan was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Giang province in Decision No. 706/QD-UBND dated July 16, 2021, and has been locally adjusted in Decision No. 791/QD-UBND dated August 4, 2022, and Decision No. 232/QD-UBND dated March 11, 2024.
According to the Decision, the local adjustments do not change the nature, function, and main planning orientations of the previously approved Yen Lu Industrial Park. Specifically, the adjustments include:
Expanding the administrative and service land area from 1.85 hectares to 5.73 hectares; adjusting a portion of industrial land plot CN-07 to administrative and service land with a scale of 3.5 hectares; adjusting 2 hectares of industrial land in plot CN-12 to security land to meet the requirements of ensuring security and order in the industrial park.
For the warehouse area, plot KB-01 is adjusted to industrial land (coded CN-18); simultaneously, warehouse functions are added to industrial land plots to suit the production and business needs of enterprises.
Adding a raw water pumping station, a raw water supply pipeline serving the clean water plant of the industrial park, and some related technical infrastructure indicators.
