Bac Ninh approves social housing project with over 1,600 units in Nhan Hoa ward

(BNP) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai has just signed Decision No. 600/QD-UBND, approving the investment policy and concurrently assigning the investor for Social Housing Project No. 1 in Nhan Hoa ward, Bac Ninh province.

Accordingly, Social Housing Project No. 1 in Nhan Hoa ward is invested by An Phu Investment and Development Co., Ltd., with a land use scale of approximately 4.72 hectares. The construction items to be implemented within the project land area include high-rise social housing apartments, low-rise commercial housing, transportation systems, and synchronized, complete technical infrastructure outside the buildings within the project boundaries.

Specifically, the apartment-style social housing project has a construction area of about 10,220m², stands 15 stories high, with a total construction floor area of approximately 153,300m². The expected number of apartments is about 1,624 units, with each apartment ranging from 25 to 77m². Functional spaces within the buildings include residential apartments, community living spaces, parking areas, and public, service, and technical spaces serving the entire building.

The low-rise commercial housing project has a construction area of about 2,010m², consisting of 22 five-story adjacent row houses (townhouses), with a total construction floor area of approximately 10,050m². The outdoor technical infrastructure items include yards, roads, green landscapes, outdoor parking lots, power supply systems, telecommunications, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, fire prevention and fighting systems, etc., completed synchronously within the plot boundaries.

Upon completion, the project will provide approximately 1,624 social housing units and 22 commercial houses, contributing to meeting the housing needs of about 2,760 people, while simultaneously promoting urban development in the province towards a modern and synchronized direction./.
