(BNP) – In the first two months of 2026, investment attraction in Bac Ninh province continued to show clear positive momentum. In less than two months, the province granted licenses to 68 new projects and approved capital increases for 62 existing projects, with total registered investment reaching over USD 4.1 billion (equivalent).

Specifically, the province licensed 30 new domestic investment projects and 38 FDI projects, with registered capital of VND 85,345.1 billion and USD 90.1 million, respectively. Bac Ninh also approved capital increases for 10 domestic projects and 52 FDI projects, with additional capital of VND 1,841.2 billion and USD 572 million. Notably, Bac Ninh ranked first nationwide in FDI attraction, reaffirming the growing confidence of businesses and investors in the province’s investment environment.
In addition, business development activities recorded positive results. In February alone, the province licensed 912 new enterprises, along with 35 branches and representative offices, and 465 business locations, with total registered capital of VND 43,494 billion. Cumulatively, since the beginning of the year, Bac Ninh has established 1,426 new enterprises, 52 branches and representative offices, and 590 business locations, with total registered capital reaching VND 49,419 billion./.
