(BNP) – The Provincial People’s Committee has signed and issued Plan on organizing the “First Bac Ninh Provincial Contest for outstanding grassroots security and order protection forces in 2026.”

The contest aims to widely disseminate the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws on building grassroots security and order (SSO) protection forces. It also serves to assess participants’ political awareness, legal knowledge, professional expertise, and situation-handling skills. Through this, it contributes to improving the effectiveness of task performance and meeting the requirements of ensuring security and order in the new context.
The event is also an opportunity to spread effective models and good practices, honor outstanding collectives and individuals, and celebrate major anniversaries of the People’s Public Security Force as well as the “All People Protect National Security” movement.
Participants include members of security and order protection teams at villages and residential groups. Each team consists of 5 members (and may invite amateur performers for the stage performance section). The contest is organized at two levels: commune-level and provincial-level (including cluster rounds and a provincial final), selecting the best teams to compete at regional and national levels.
The contest includes three parts: Talent performance (introductions and artistic performances); Knowledge test (politics, law, and professional skills); Situation-handling related to grassroots security and order
According to the plan: Commune-level contests will be completed before May 5, 2026; Cluster-level contests before June 1, 2026. The provincial final is expected to be held in June 2026
