1. The architectural and artistic monument of the Tho Ha communal house, pagoda, and ancestral temple complex in Van Ha ward, Bac Ninh province.
2. The historical site of Kon Tum Prison in Kon Tum ward, Quang Ngai province.
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and Maps of the protected areas in the classification dossier.
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees at all levels where the monuments are located, within their functions, duties, and powers, to carry out state management of the monuments in accordance with the law on cultural heritage; and to be fully responsible for the data, content, and dossier of the monument proposed for classification.
The Tho Ha communal house, pagoda, and ancestral temple complex is located in the center of Tho Ha village - a characteristic ancient village of the Northern Delta region. Based on Sino-Vietnamese documents, especially 30 ancient stone steles dating from the 17th to 19th centuries, it is evident that the relics were formed very early and were restored and renovated in later periods. The structures belonging to the relic complex still preserve unique traditional architectural and artistic features, along with valuable documents and artifacts.
Here, nearly 100 ancient Buddha statues are preserved, along with a system of altars, palanquins, the national treasure of the Thổ Hà communal house's archway, a system of stone steles, horizontal plaques, couplets, and ceramic incense burners and censers – distinctive products of the Thổ Hà pottery village.
