(BNP) - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1458/QD-TTg to establish the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Zones Authority.

According to the Decision, the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Zones Authority was established on the basis of merging the Industrial Zones Authority of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Zones Authority is an agency under the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province that manages and organizes the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production, and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks in accordance with the provisions of the law.
It has legal status, an account, a seal bearing the National Emblem; state administrative management expenses, career operation expenses and development investment capital are funded by the state budget in accordance with the annual plan, as well as other funding sources according to regulations of competent state management agencies.
It performs the tasks and powers according to the provisions of current law. The Head of the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Zones Authority shall submit to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for specific regulations on its functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure according to the provisions of law.
