(BNP) - On the morning of June 11th, over 44,000 candidates in Bac Ninh officially began the first day of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam. Organizational work at 68 examination centers was carried out seriously, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

This is the first year the exam is being held according to the 2018 General Education Program for all candidates. Bac Ninh province has strengthened security measures such as arranging "soft gates" to separate examination areas, providing waiting rooms for candidates to finish their exams early, and using handheld security scanners at many examination centers to prevent cheating using high-tech devices.
At the examination centers, candidates arrived early and completed all necessary procedures before entering the examination rooms. Security, traffic safety, communication, and contingency plans have been meticulously prepared.
According to the exam schedule, on the morning of June 11th, candidates will take the Literature exam (120 minutes, essay-based), followed by the Mathematics exam in the afternoon; and on the morning of June 12th, they will take the elective exam consisting of two component subjects. With thorough preparation from all levels and sectors, and the confident attitude of the candidates, the exam is expected to be conducted safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
