Phase 1 of the project was implemented under tight deadlines, with a large volume of work and high technical requirements, especially at a time when the two-tiered local government model was newly operational.

The completion of Phase 1 has contributed to making the Do Temple more spacious and imposing, while still preserving its ancient and sacred character. This is an important prerequisite for continuing the implementation of subsequent projects, while simultaneously improving the efficiency of exploitation, promoting the value of the relics, creating conditions for the development of cultural and spiritual tourism, enhancing the spiritual life of the people, and promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.
