Bac Ninh approves social housing project in Tan Tien ward with total investment of over VND 1,691 billion

(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee recently signed Decision No. 1036/QD-UBND approving the investment plan and assigning the investor to implement the social housing project at Lot D-OXH-07, Subdivision No. 2, Tan Tien Ward, Bac Ninh Province. The project has a total estimated investment of over VND 1,691 billion, contributing to supplementing the province's social housing fund and meeting the housing needs of low-income earners and industrial park workers.

According to the Decision, the project, invested by Hai Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, will be implemented on an area of ​​approximately 1.79 hectares, comprising two high-rise apartment buildings (social housing and commercial housing); and a complete system of technical and social infrastructure.

The project includes a social housing area of ​​approximately 14,229 m², comprising one 20-story building with one basement level, expected to have 802 apartments ranging in size from 45 to 77 m², accommodating approximately 1,284 people. The basement is designed for parking, while floors 1 to 20 house apartments, public spaces, a kindergarten, community facilities, and technical equipment. The commercial housing area is situated on an area of ​​approximately 3,557 m², consisting of one 24-story building with one basement level, containing approximately 311 apartments, accommodating approximately 528 people. The total population of the entire project is estimated at around 1,812 people.

Besides residential buildings, the project includes the integrated investment in internal transportation systems, parking lots, green spaces, electricity, water supply, drainage, fire prevention and fighting, telecommunications, and other external technical infrastructure to ensure living conditions for residents.

The preliminary total investment for the project is VND 1,691.77 billion. The project has an operating period of 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and assignment of the investor. The investor must complete land and construction procedures and commence construction within a maximum of 12 months; complete construction, acceptance testing, and put the project into use within a maximum of 48 months from the date of approval of the investment policy.
