(BNP) - In July 2026, the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Zones Authority continued to strictly implement the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms as stipulated in Government Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP and guiding documents, ensuring the receipt, processing, and delivery of administrative procedure results in accordance with the prescribed process and timeframe.
During the month, the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Zones Authority receives 3,049 applications in the fields of investment, construction, and labor.
According to the report, 100% of administrative procedures under its authority were fully and promptly publicized on the National Public Service Portal and the province's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System. Coordination between specialized departments is maintained regularly, contributing to minimizing the number of overdue applications. The Board also assigns specialized staff to the One-Stop Service Center, ensuring adequate facilities and information technology infrastructure to serve citizens and businesses; while simultaneously strengthening training and professional development to improve service quality.
During the month, the Provincial Industrial Parks Zones Authority received 3,049 applications in the fields of investment, construction, and labor; including 520 applications carried over from the previous period and 2,519 newly received applications. To date, 2,396 applications have been processed, including 2,362 applications ahead of schedule, 16 applications on time, and 18 applications overdue. Currently, 653 applications are still being processed, all of which are not yet due.
Notably, 100% of applications were received and processed through online public services (full and partial). The online payment rate reached 100% (6 out of 6 applications with financial obligations); 100% of applications were digitized upon receipt; and the rate of applications with electronic results reached 78.5%. During the period, there were no interconnected applications, no applications requiring supplementary information; 205 applications were returned to organizations and citizens, and no applications had results delivered via public postal services.
In the coming period, the Provincial Industrial Parks Zones Authority will continue to strictly implement the receipt and delivery of results for administrative procedures in accordance with Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP; and will continue to improve the software serving administrative procedures, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of administrative reform and better serving citizens and businesses.
