(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has recently issued Document No. 403/UBND-KTN announcing the list of housing construction investment projects where foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own housing within the province.

Accordingly, the 02 investment projects where foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own housing include the Song Khe - Noi Hoang mixed-use housing and commercial service investment project, invested by Abey Holdings Joint Stock Company. Foreigners are permitted to own housing in the HH-OCT mixed-use housing building.
The mixed-use apartment project at land plot CT under the detailed planning of the mixed-use, high-end entertainment urban area in the Southern urban area of Bac Giang city (now belonging to Tan Tien ward, Bac Ninh province), invested by Soho Capital Joint Stock Company. The scope for foreign housing ownership includes buildings R1 and R2.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Information Center (Office of the Provincial People's Committee) to publicly post this list on the Provincial Portal for organizations and individuals to know and implement according to regulations.
The Department of Construction leads and coordinates with departments, sectors, localities, and housing project investors to focus on reviewing and accurately determining the number of houses in each project and each apartment building that foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own. Review the number of houses that foreign organizations and individuals have purchased, lease-purchased, or have been granted certificates for in each project.
At the same time, post the contents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 7 of Decree No. 95/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024, of the Government on the portal of the Department of Construction within 7 working days from the date of announcement./.
