(BNP) - In recent years, Bac Ninh province has continued to affirm its strong determination in administrative reform and improving the investment and business environment toward openness and transparency, thereby creating the most favorable conditions for the business community and investors when implementing projects in the area.

The province's focus is on promoting administrative procedure reform under the "one-stop-shop" and "interconnected one-stop-shop" mechanisms, taking people and businesses as the service center. At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, 100% of administrative procedures under its jurisdiction have been fully publicized and updated promptly on the e-portal, helping businesses easily access, look up, and perform.
At the same time, maintaining the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards contributes to standardizing processes, shortening document processing time, and improving work efficiency. Along with that, Bac Ninh province pays special attention to the application of information technology, promoting digitalization and processing administrative procedures in an electronic environment. 100% of documents are received and resolved by electronic methods, ensuring synchronized data connection and sharing between agencies and units. The implementation of full-process online public services and online payment of fees and charges reaching a rate of 100% has helped businesses significantly save time, costs, and effort.
The results achieved show the clear effectiveness of the reform solutions. In 2025, the Provincial Industrial Zone Management Board received more than 1,700 documents, of which the majority were resolved on time and ahead of schedule, with no late documents. The business satisfaction rate reached over 90%, reflecting a positive change in the service quality of the team of officials and civil servants.
Entering 2026, administrative reform work continues to be promoted with higher scale and efficiency. In just the first 4 months of the year, more than 4,000 documents were received, in which the rate of early resolution accounted for the absolute majority, confirming the proactive and professional service spirit of the functional agencies. Notably, all documents were performed through online public services, contributing to building a modern and transparent administration.
Not stopping at procedural reform, Bac Ninh province also synchronously implements many solutions to support businesses in a substantive and effective way. Business support teams have promoted their roles, regularly reviewed and grasped difficulties and obstacles to promptly propose solutions. Complex issues are organized for direct dialogue to unify the handling direction, creating high consensus between the government and businesses.
In addition, the province's Industrial Zone Investment and Development Support Center has actively consulted and supported dozens of investors on investment, environment, and construction procedures; accompanying them from the project preparation stage to the implementation process. Site clearance has also been accelerated, creating clean land funds ready to attract new projects, thereby improving land use efficiency and promoting economic growth.
With the consistent orientation of "serving government," Bac Ninh province continues to persist in the goal of minimizing time and costs for businesses; ensuring 100% of administrative procedures are resolved on time and ahead of schedule; building a transparent, competitive, and attractive investment environment.
