(BNP) - By maintaining a secure, safe, and stable environment, Bac Ninh province is step by step asserting its prominent advantage in attracting investment into industrial zones (IZs), creating an important foundation for sustainable industrial development.

According to the Provincial Management Board of IZs, in recent times, the assurance of security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and social safety in IZs has continued to be implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to consolidating the trust of the business community and investors.
From the beginning of the year, the Provincial Management Board of IZs has promptly issued and seriously organized the implementation of directives from the Central Government, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Public Security on crime prevention, social evils, ensuring traffic order and safety, and fire prevention. The management of security and order is strictly maintained right at the enterprises; arising incidents are captured and handled promptly, preventing the formation of "hot spots" or security complexities.
One of the highlights is the increasingly close and effective inter-disciplinary coordination mechanism between the Provincial Management Board of IZs and the Public Security forces, the Labor sector, Social Insurance, Trade Unions, and local authorities. As a result, arising issues such as labor disputes, strikes, work slowdowns, "black credit," or traffic safety violations are all handled quickly right from the grassroots level, limiting the impact on the production and business activities of enterprises.
Notably, the application of technology in security and order management has been promoted. Online connection groups (Zalo) at IZs such as VSIP, Tien Son, Dai Dong, Yen Phong, etc. with the participation of public security forces, management units, and businesses have helped exchange information quickly, promptly warn of security risks, provide guidance on fire prevention, and handle incidents. This model is showing clear efficiency, enhancing the proactiveness of enterprises in self-prevention and self-management.
In parallel, IZs are actively building and replicating the "Enterprise Safe in Security and Order" model and self-management teams within businesses, linked with the movement of all people protecting national security. Legal dissemination and education are carried out regularly, raising the awareness of employees, especially in traffic safety, crime prevention, and social evils.
In the first months of 2026, the Provincial Management Board of IZs has coordinated to inspect and guide fire prevention, fighting, and rescue at many enterprises; performed design appraisals for fire prevention for projects, contributing to ensuring safety conditions right from the investment and construction stage. At the same time, increase control over traffic congestion, street vending, and order violations inside and outside IZs, maintaining a stable and smooth production environment.
These results not only help Bac Ninh maintain a safe and transparent investment environment but also create a distinct competitive advantage in attracting domestic and foreign capital flows. A stable security and order environment helps businesses feel secure in expanding production, minimizing risks, saving costs, and improving operational efficiency.
In the future orientation, Bac Ninh province will continue to synchronously deploy solutions to maintain the "security foothold" for industrial development. Specifically, maintain the effective operation of working groups supporting businesses and hotlines of agencies and units to promptly resolve difficulties, contributing to stabilizing and promoting production and business. At the same time, promote the application of information technology and digital transformation associated with the implementation of the project on developing population data, identification, and electronic authentication for national digital transformation.
Along with that, strengthen legal work; improve the quality of citizen reception and resolution of complaints and denunciations; promote the prevention and control of corruption and negativity; tighten administrative discipline and promote the responsibility of heads. National defense and security will continue to be guaranteed, maintaining political stability, protecting state property, and social order and safety at agencies, units, and throughout the IZ system.
In particular, functional agencies will regularly monitor the situation and coordinate to promptly handle arising issues regarding security, order, and traffic safety; direct infrastructure investors to coordinate in effectively resolving existing problems and inadequacies inside and outside IZ gates, ensuring a clear and safe investment environment.
With the synchronous involvement of the entire political system, along with flexible and modern management solutions, Bac Ninh province is asserting its image as a safe and reliable investment destination - a place where businesses can feel secure to develop long-term in a stable environment with comprehensive security and order assurance./.
