(BNP) – The Provincial People's Committee recently signed Decision No. 1942/QD-UBND recognizing the winners of the "Beautiful Lychee Orchard in Bac Ninh Province in 2026" competition.
Mr. Ngo Van Cuong's lychee orchard in Quat Du 2 hamlet, Phuc Hoa commune wins first prize in the "Beautiful Lychee Orchard in Bac Ninh Province in 2026" competition.
According to the Decision, 15 lychee orchards in 8 communes and wards, including Phuc Hoa, Tan Son, Phuong Son, Son Hai, Kien Lao, Luc Ngan, Chu, and Nam Duong, were recognized as winners. The prize structure includes: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 9 consolation prizes.
Among them, the first prize went to Mr. Ngo Van Cuong's lychee orchard in Quat Du 2 hamlet, Phuc Hoa commune, with an area of 1 hectare, growing the U Hong lychee variety, achieving 95.2 points. Two second prizes were awarded to Mr. Tran Van Bon from Nam Duong commune and Mr. Ngo Van Tinh from Tan Son commune. Three third prizes were awarded to orchard owners in Luc Ngan, Phuong Son, and Son Hai communes.
The 15 winning lychee orchards will receive certificates and be honored at the conference summarizing lychee production and consumption in 2026 and outlining directions and tasks for 2027.
