(BNP) – During General Secretary To Lam’s state visit to Korea on August 11, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan held a working session with the Korean Hoban Group.

At the meeting, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and the delegates were introduced to Hoban Group. Founded in 1989, Hoban Group is a multi-industry Korean corporation engaged in sectors such as construction, real estate, and electric cable manufacturing. The group is currently ranked 30th among Korea’s largest enterprises, with total assets of approximately USD 15 billion.

Highlighting the province’s potential and advantages in investment attraction, Chairman Tuan emphasized that Bac Ninh has numerous strengths, including a strategic geographical location, abundant human resources, and attractive investment incentives. He said that on August 15, Bac Ninh province will host an investment promotion conference and award investment certificates in sectors such as industrial development, urban infrastructure, trade, and services, with a total investment value of up to USD 6.9 billion.
